Who We Are
CM Properties Yorkshire Ltd
We are CM Properties Yorkshire Ltd, a family-run holiday accommodation business with a genuine passion for creating exceptional holiday experiences. Bay View House is a stunning coastal retreat that we have carefully curated to offer the very best in group holiday accommodation.
We believe that a great holiday is about more than just a place to sleep. It's about the feeling of arriving somewhere special, the comfort of a well-equipped home, the joy of waking up to a breathtaking view, and the warmth of knowing that someone genuinely cares about your experience.
That's why we put so much thought and care into every aspect of Bay View House — from the quality of the furnishings and the facilities in the kitchen, to the local knowledge we share with our guests and the responsiveness of our communication.
Whether you're planning a large family reunion, a milestone birthday celebration, or simply a well-deserved break in one of England's most beautiful regions, we'd love to welcome you to Bay View House.
